They installed a Power-Save 1200 series I purchased online. They
also installed a SRG1-L3 surge panel
protector and did a panel rejuvenation.
The technician, Tim Browne, showed up on time. He was very polite
and took time to fully explain the services
he was going to provide before he started.
He was very thorough in the work he
performed and cleaned up when he was done.

Outside lighting repaired.
My front porch light was not working and the bulb was broken off in
the fixture and we could not remove it.
Also, one of my motion lights was not
working. Jacob, Mister Sparky's technician,
came as scheduled and repaired both lights
and explained what had happened--power
surges caused the lighting to malfunction.

Installed a double flood light at rear of house and replaced
switch plate in master bath.
Tim Browne and Jason arrived at my home between 8:30AM and 9:00AM .
They were dressed in company attire and very
courteous. They looked at the light fixture
I had already and as I was not sure of
exactly what I wanted, Mr. Browne was able
to show me a catalog to help me to decide
and he also recommended the double flood
light which is adjustable be installed. I
was informed when I initially contacted
Mister Sparky that their trucks are equipped
with whatever the technician would need to
complete the job. That was a relief for me
because it meant I didn't have to go out and
make my own purchase of a light fixture and
then wait for them to return to install it.
Well, after the decision was made they went
to the truck, made my light fixture and
proceeded to install it. Before I realized it
the job was complete and I have enough light
to light up my whole backyard and now I feel
much more secure when having to take my dog
out at night. And no more toggling switch
plate.

They replaced an old circuit breaker panel with a new one, upgrade
outside ground system, replaced service
cable, install GFCI outlets inside where
needed. They also got the permit needed,
scheduled an inspection with the county
inspector and notified Pepco to schedule
crew to upgrade the line into the house and
put in new meter.
The crew arrived as expected and completed the work professionally
and quickly. Then Megan followed through
with scheduling the county inspection and
then notifying Pepco. Great follow-ups even
when the inspector failed to show up the
first time. All the representatives from
Megan, Jenny to the installers were very
friendly and attentive.
